Not at this time. After each visit, I can provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. It’s worth calling your insurer beforehand to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits.

Yes. I want care to be accessible, so reduced rates are available based on need. Just ask when you reach out.

Your first visit lasts 2-3 hours. We’ll talk about your current concerns, history, health, sleep, nutrition, relationships, and goals. By the end, we’ll have a shared understanding of what’s going on and a starting plan.

A 30-minute visit focuses on medication management. A 60-minute visit combines medication management with therapy for deeper support.

Telehealth is available to anyone located in Tennessee at the time of the appointment. All you need is a private space and a device with a camera.

In-home visits are a good fit for people within the Nashville area who feel more comfortable in familiar surroundings or for whom getting to an office is difficult.

Yes. As a nurse practitioner, I can prescribe and manage psychiatric medications. Medication is always a conversation, never a requirement. Sometimes it makes sense to work on nutrition, sleep, and physical activity first.

Possibly! My dog, Pippa, often joins office and in-home sessions. If you have allergies or would prefer she not be there, just let me know when you schedule. She’ll sit that session out, and for office visits I’ll meet you in a room she never uses.
